Ljubljana, 3 September - The border between Slovenia and Croatia was not set down in the border accord initialled by both countries' prime ministers in 2001, but rather in an agreement the two countries reached in 1991, a Slovenian opposition leader commented on Croatia's plan to declare an exclusive economic zone in the Adriatic.
