Justice Still Lagging Behind in Execution Proceedings, Says Bizjak
Ljubljana, 3 September - During first six months of 2003, Slovenian courts of justice received 292,537 new cases and solved 289,650 cases. At the end of June there were still 569,871 pending cases, which is an 0.5 percent increase over the same period last year, Justice Minister Ivan Bizjak told the press on Wednesday, presenting the half-yearly judicial statistics.
