Italy Unlikely to Follow Croatia in Declaring EEZ, Says Grbec
Maribor, 10 September - Intensive talks are under way in the EU on the declaration of an exclusive European fishing zone, which would give all member states the right to fish in the seas of these members. It is therefore very unlikely that Italy would follow Croatia, should the latter actually declare an exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the Adriatic in October, an expert on maritime law told Vecer on Wednesday.
