Slovenia Will Not Be Discriminated Against, Says Croatian FM

Zagreb/Rijeka, 10 September - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula believes that it is necessary to distinguish in debates about Croatia's declaration of an exclusive economic zone (EEZ) between harmless passage to open seas, which Slovenia has, and actual contact with international waters, whish Slovenia does not have. Harmless passage is a right that cannot be taken away, he told Croatian daily Novi list.
