First Foreign Financial Investment in SKB Bank Shares
Ljubljana, 2 June - SKB/BANK/SHARES/SALE
The first transaction with a foreign investor in Slovenia has been recently concluded, said Cvetka Selšek, an SKB Bank director, at a press conference Thursday in Ljubljana. With an SKB Bank licence and through the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, SKB sold 12,500 ordinary shares in the value of just under 4 million U.S. dollars. The buyer is a well known broker house based in London agreement Smith New Court (SNC).
