Slovenia in Lead Among EU Accession Countries in GDP
Brussels, 16 September - In 2002, Slovenia had a GDP of EUR 11,700 per capita, which represents 74 percent of the EU average GDP with regard to the standards of purchasing power, show the figures of the European statistics office, Eurostat, published on Tuesday by the European Commission. The latest data put Slovenia at the head of the accession countries in the GDP.
