National Council Wants Bigger Role in EU

Ljubljana, 17 September - The National Council, the upper chamber of the Slovenian parliament, would like to play a greater role in decision-making on EU matters. The National Council wants to be informed about the government's moves and have its representatives at sessions of the parliamentary commission for European affairs and the foreign affairs committee.
