Russia's and Successors to Yugoslavia Sign Debt Settlement Memorandum
Moscow, 17 September - Successors to the former Yugoslavia signed a memorandum with Russia that settles the debt of the Soviet Union to the former Yugoslavia. Russia will thus pay the five former Yugoslav republics 1.29bn clearing dollars, of which Slovenia will receive 207m clearing clearing dollars.
