Vecer: "Government Budget"
Maribor, 24 September - When the government is adopting budgets and acting as if nobody should care about it before they have to pay taxes or ask for aid, it is logical that it works alone. But if the government were more aware that it is responsible for normal operation of the system and services it might have acted differently, Vecer comments on Tuesday's government adoption of the changes to the 2004 budget and the 2005 budget bill.
