NEW YORK - As part of the 58th session of the UN General Assembly, FM Dimitrij Rupel is to attend a working breakfast of foreign ministers of the Human Security Network. The minister is also expected to hold a series of bilateral meetings, and attend a meeting of foreign ministers from the Francophonie countries.

PORTOROZ - The 10th Days of Slovenian Administration are to begin. The three-day forum is to discuss the role of public administration between nation state and the EU. Interior Minister Rado Bohinc is to address the event on the first day.

PORTOROZ - An EU Visa Symposium is to take place, organised by the interior and foreign ministries. The event is to be opened at 9 AM by Interior Minister Rado Bohinc and advisor on the security of documents to the German Interior Ministry, Achim Hildebrandt.

BLED - A two-day panel on how to finance small businesses is to begin at 9.30 AM.

MARIBOR - Convening for an autumn meeting, the Association of Managers is to confer the Manager of the Year Award. The association's role in social dialogue is to be discussed.
