New York, 25 September - The preparatory meeting for the Venice ministerial conference on sustainable development of the Mediterranean, which concluded on Wednesday in Brussels, ran in accordance with Slovenian expectations, and showed that Slovenia's policy regarding Croatia's attempt to declare an exclusive economic zone (EEZ) had been appropriate, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on Wednesday in New York, where he has been attending the 58th session of the UN General Assembly.
