Bayer Buys Lek Share in a Joint Venture
Ljubljana, 25 September - Drug maker Lek has sold to Germany's Bayer a 51-percent stake in their joint venture Bayer Pharma, Lek said on Thursday. According to the deal struck on Wednesday, Bayer Pharma will become an independent firm in the 100-percent ownership of the German company, which wishes to increase its presence on the Slovenian market.
