MONDAY, 29. september
MOSCOW - Prime Minister Anton Rop is to begin a two-day official visit to Russia.
LJUBLJANA - The National Assembly is to begin its September session, to end on Thursday. PM Anton Rop is to answer lawmakers' questions on Wednesday morning.
BRUSSELS - FM Dimitrij Rupel is to attend a meeting of EU foreign ministers which is to discuss preparations for the upcoming IGC.
BRUSSELS - Agriculture Minister Franci But is to attend a meeting of his EU counterparts, who are to discuss the EU plans to liberalise the sugar market.
BRUSSELS - Transport Minister Jakob Presecnik is to take part in a meeting of transport ministers from EU acceding countries with the European Parliament's committee for regional policy, transport and tourism.
LJUBLJANA - The city council of Ljubljana is to convene for an emergency session to take a vote on its dissolution and early elections.
PORTOROZ - The White Paper on Health Reform is to be taken under scrutiny by experts who are to begin a two-day gathering.

MOSCOW - Togehter with his Russian counterpart Mikhail Kasyanov, PM Anton Rop is to open a new production facility of Krka, Slovenia's leading exporter to Russia, before completing the visit.
LJUBLJANA - The National Election Commission is to release the official result of the 21 September referendum on opening hours of shops.
LJUBLJANA - Ombudsman Matjaz Hanzek is to give a press conference about his activity concerning children's rights.
WEDNESDAY, 1 October
LJUBLJANA - The executive committee and the council of the coalition People's Party (SLS) are to hold separate sessions to set the date and the place of an early congress at which a new leadership is to be elected.
VILNIUS - Europe Minister Janez Potocnik is to begin a two-day visit to Lithuania.
