Ljubljana, 4 June - Commercial Bank Nova Gorica became the third bank which is undergoing the process of rehabilitation. Its outstanding debts, which amount to DEM 204 million, were taken over by the Agency for the rehabilitation of banks, and the outstanding debts became a part of Slovenian national debt. The SKB bank sold 12.500 of its shares in the value of about USD 4 million to the English Broker House Smith New Court. This was the first transaction with a foreign investor in Slovenia.
