Slovenia Is Firm about Three Changes in EU Constitutional Treaty
Ljubljana, 29 September - At the intergovernmental conference, Slovenia will insist on three changes in the Constitutional Treaty, namely "a minimum number of seats in the European Parliament, the status of the European Council president, and structured, closer co-operation," said Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel at Monday's meeting of foreign ministers from current and future EU members.
