Project LIFE to Bring Better Days for Brown Bears in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 2 October - The project LIFE III for the preservation of brown bear in Slovenia has been underway since last autumn. Worth EUR 607,822, the project aims at long-term preservation of this lone beast, its habitat, and at providing coexistence with humans, representatives of eight participant organisations explained at the first public presentation of the project in Ljubljana on Wednesday.
