Gov't Adopts Budget Bills for 2004 and 2005

Ljubljana, 2 October - Thursday's government session finally adopted the amendment bill to the 2004 budget, and the 2005 budget bill. Budget deficit has been foreseen for 1.5% of GDP next year and for 1.7% in 2005. The budget implementation bill for the next two years was also on the table today, but is probably to be passed only at Monday's extraordinary session.
