Stock Market Members Protest ATVP Move, Agency Stands By Its Decision

Ljubljana, 2 October - The association of stock market members has voiced its protest against the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) going about depriving the management of Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) of their licenses "only on the basis of a suspicion" that fictitious deals have been made. Meanwhile ATVP said that the bourse failed in its supervision, for which the management is responsible.
