Value of Slovenia's Biggest Insurer Has Been Calculated

Ljubljana, 5 October - The Slovenian Restitution Fund (SOD) has closed the evaluation of the country's largest insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav, which had been done by PriceWaterhouseCoopers auditing firm. This way SOD can put out a tender to those entitled to buy shares from the company's 43.2 percent of what had been established as public stock. SOD has been the caretaker of the Triglav unnominated public stock - a 85.1-percent stake - since April.
