SDS Proposes Solution for Changes to Constitutional Article on Regions

Ljubljana, 6 October - The opposition Social Democrats (SDS) on Monday proposed an alternative solution to change Article 143 of the Constitution on local communities and regions, an issue on which the parliamentary constitutional commission has not yet reached a consensus.
