Colorado Springs, 9 October - Defence Minister Anton Grizold, who on Wednesday took part in a top secret working seminar at the heavily guarded Schriever air force base in Colorado Springs, told STA that the crisis situation simulated at the seminar was very realistic. It was aimed to test the decision making process in NATO - where consensus is the basic principle - and the decision making on the national level, Grizold explained.
