Falling Stock Indices on Ljubljana Stock Exchange

Ljubljana, 18 October - Downward corrections were noticed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange last week, with Slovenia's benchmark SBI 20 index losing 63.65 points (1.80 percent) to 3,535.06 points. Expectations that part of the money from the sale of the majority stake in the food retailer Zivila would return to the market were not met. Analysts say that investors are still waiting for the overvalued shares to drop. Only then can it be expected that most of potential investors will return to the bourse.
