Ljubljana, 20 October - The man arrested last month in connection to the 1999 theft of weapons and ammunition at the Postojna barracks is not the actual thief. Instead, he is suspected of trafficking these weapons, political weekly Mladina writes on Monday and goes on to draw a connection between the Depala vas scandal and the Postojna weapons theft.
