Constitutional Charter Creating "Europe II", Czech President Says

Ljubljana, 22 October - The Czech Republic is worried by the draft EU constitutional charter that it believes is propelling the EU into a new type of integration. "We can almost speak of Europe II," Czech President Vaclav Klaus told a session with Slovenian reporters on the sidelines of his official visit to Slovenia.
