LJUBLJANA - French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin is to visit Slovenia at the invitation of FM Dimitrij Rupel. A joint press statement is scheduled for 4.45 PM.

BLED - The second day of the 2003 Regional Business Meeting Point will focus on cross-border economic co-operation and forms of economic co-operation.

ROME - Chair of the parliamentary foreign affairs committee Jelko Kacin is to attend a meeting of counterparts from the EU and acceding countries. The topics will touch on the world situation, especially the Middle East and Iraq.

SLOVENJ GRADEC - Parliament Speaker Borut Pahor will speak at the national ceremony marking the World United Nations Day.

LJUBLJANA - The Public Health Institute is to present a report on drug abuse that includes country reports form EU members and candidate countries.
