Ljubljana, 23 October - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel obviously tends to forget that the prosecution has received a criminal complaint for the suspicion of abuse of office with the establishment of a new academy for diplomacy post-graduate studies at the sea resort of Portoroz. The prosecution has to do its job - thoroughly and seriously, the Ljubljana-based daily Dnevnik observes on Thursday.
