Ljubljana, 23 October - Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has warned his colleagues from the current and future EU members that the EU citizens will lose their confidence in the institution if they fail to ratify the new EU constitution by the end of December, the deadline set by Berlusconi himself to assure another "Rome Treaty" for the Eternal City, writes the Thursday edition of Delo.
