Ljubljana, 23 October - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel received secretary general of the Hague Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) Tjac van den Hout on Thursday. The guest informed the minister about the court's work and the latest developments in the field, said the Foreign Ministry in a press release.
