French FM Defends Draft Constitutional Treaty

Ljubljana, 23 October - France is open to Slovenia's wish to have at least five lawmakers in European Parliament and is willing to discuss the issue in the framework of the intergovernmental conference, French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin told the press on Thursday after meeting his Slovenian counterpart Dimitrij Rupel.
