De Villepin: Europe Must be Open, Ambitious and Dynamic

Ljubljana, 23 October - The European Union, together with the United States, can play a key role in ensuring the world's stability. But in order to achieve that, the EU must be open, ambitious and dynamic, French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin said in his address to Slovenian lawmakers on Thursday.
