Slovenia Reiterates Right to Access to High Seas

Ljubljana, 23 October - Slovenia has territorial access to international waters as well as the right to declare an exclusive economic zone or a ecological and fisheries zone, the Slovenian Foreign Ministry said in delayed reply to a diplomatic note that Croatia sent on 7 October.
