Ljubljana, 23 October - The STA English service will cover the following events on Friday, 24 October:
LJUBLJANA - Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian is to meet with his Slovenian counterpart Dimitrij Rupel, as well as with President Janez Drnovsek and PM Anton Rop as part of a two-day official visit. The two foreign ministers are to speak to the press around 11.30 AM.
LJUBLJANA - Invited by Minister of Education, Science and Sport Slavko Gaber, French Minister of Research and New Technologies Claudie Haignere is to pay a visit. Statement to the press at 3 PM.
MOTOVUN - Business people from Slovenia and Croatia are to meet in the Croatian town of Motovum to discuss the bilateral co-operation after Slovenia joins the EU.
LJUBLJANA - A two-day session of the Slovenian-Macedonian economic cooperation commission is to finish, with Slovenian and Macedonian economics ministers, Tea Petrin and Ilija Filipovski, speaking to the press at 11 AM.
LJUBLJANA - Director of the Institute for Macroeconomic Analysis and Development (IMAD) Janez Sustersic is to present the IMAD's Autumn Report for 2003 at noon.
NOVO MESTO - At 10 AM, the 33rd Krka Awards are to be presented, with Minister of Education, Science and Sport Slavko Gaber as key-note speaker.
LJUBLJANA - At 11 AM, a press conference is to be given to mark the 4th anniversary of Center Evropa.
LJUBLJANA - Results of the October edition of the Politbarometer survey are to be presented at 11 AM.
