Ljubljana, 24 October - The complications surrounding the arrest of Kosovar military leader Agim Ceku in Slovenia has once again demonstrated that the international community found it easier to respond to the Kosovo crisis when the use of arms was involved than later when peace had to be consolidated by finding a suitable status for Kosovo, daily Dnevnik writes Friday.
