Ljubljana, 24 October - During the times of Brezhnev, the only way you could find out what was happening at the Kremlin was by watching to see which offices had their lights switched on during the night. Journalists working in Moscow in the 70s were starved for information and were happy with each drop that found its way through state propaganda.
