Zivila Management Accepts Mercator Takeover Offer

Naklo, 24 October - The takeover offer of Slovenia's largest retailer Mercator for rival Zivila was given a stamp of approval by the management of the latter company on Friday. Although the Zivila executives said that there was no agreement between the two companies on the acquisition, they will recommend that all shareholders sell their stakes to Mercator.
