CPO Will Assess MOL's Purchase of Croatia's INA

Ljubljana, 24 October - The Slovenian Competition Protection Office (CPO) has issued a decision in Friday's edition of the Official Gazette that it would launch a procedure to assess whether the purchase of 25 percent of Croatian oil company INA by Hungarian oil trader MOL is in line with anti-monopoly regulations. Both companies have several service stations in Slovenia.
