Ljubljana, 25 October - The numerous senior foreign officials who flocked into Slovenia this week were sidelined by the arrest of former Kosovo rebel leader Agim Ceku at the Ljubljana International Airport. Although he was released after only 12 hours in custody, the arrest sparked anti-Slovenian protests in Kosovo, showing that the region is far from stable.
