Acts on Charity Organisations and Asylum-Seekers in Force

Ljubljana, 28 October - The act on humanitarian organisations and changes to the asylum act, both adopted by parliament at its session for September, take effect on Tuesday. While the former sets down legal entities that can acquire the status of a humanitarian organisation, the latter fills the legal vacuum in the protection of personal data of asylum-seekers.
