Controversial New Proposals for National Flag Unveiled

Ljubljana, 28 October - Designer Dusan Jovanovic has been awarded the first prize at a public tender for a new Slovenian flag and coat-of-arms, the results of which were presented on Tuesday. The proposals will first be debated by the parliamentary commission on constitution and later on by parliament.
