Republika: Better Late than Never
Ljubljana, 10 June - Slovenian Government issued rather too late a decree for a legislation change to do away with hindrances for foreign investment. The Government should consider these impediments for the influx of the foreign capital in the Slovenian economy, which are posed by some laws, when the legislation was passed, and not now when the adopted laws have been valid for a year. Foreign investors are puzzled and thus made reluctant by continuous changing and adding to the laws, acts, and decrees, Slovenian daily Republika writes in Friday's editorial.
