Ljubljana, 11 June - PARTIES/NATIONAL/DEMOCRATIC/PARTY
National Democratic Party (NDS) left Slovenian Christian Democrats (SKD), within which it participated as a wing for one year, and will remain on the Slovenian political scene as an independent political party. Marjan Vidmar, President of the Ljubljana city government, was elected new president of the National Democratic Party.
