New conflicts have arisen today
Ljubljana, 1 July - Despite last night's agreement between the republican and federal governments, new conflicts have arisen today. An alarm for an air raid was once again set off today in some Slovenian cities because of flights of the Yugoslav armed forces. In Vrhnika near Ljubljana, one of the Yugoslav army helicopters, disguised as a Red Cross helicopter, shot and seriously wounded one civilian. According to the words of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr. Igor Bavčar, the Red Cross sign is being exploited by Yugoslav army helicopters.
