Ljubljana, 6 July - DELO: Enough Blood Spilled for Negotiations? - Many facts support the hope that Slovenia will not be hindered in her independence through violent measures anymore. It repelled the first attack, and because of the self-will of the generals and the brutality of this attack, the governments throughout the world quickly found themselves under pressure of public opinion to recognize Slovenian independence. Has Belgrade finally become aware after this experience, that if it likes it or not, political dialogue must be started for solving these problems, problems which spring from the extinct federal system or, should we say, the enforcement of the principle: all Serbs in one state, asks Vojko Flegar.
