Rašeta and Bogataj have met in Ljubljana
Ljubljana, 21 July - The Yugoslav army and Republic of Slovenia delegations, led by deputy commander of the 5th army region Andrija Rašeta and Slovenia's deputy defence minister Miran Bogataj, respectively, have met in Ljubljana. The delegtions agreed for the Yugoslav army to notify the Slovene authorities of each movement of more than 5 (five) military vehicles and all helicopter flights over the Slovenian territory at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no movements of army vehicles in the interior of Slovenia, except as part of the withdrawal and after prior notice. There are no obstacles for YA ambulance and personal car traffic, nor for the transport of food and other necessities to the barracks. The discharge of soldiers and active military personnel is to be arranged at a next meeting, scheduled to be held in Zagreb.
