Extended session of the Yugoslav Presidency to a later time
Ljubljana, 22 July - Due to the absence of Dr. Janez Drnovšek and Mr. Milan Kučan, the extended session of the Yugoslav Presidency was moved from 11 a.m. to a later time. Both of the Slovene representatives could not leave for Ohrid because the Slovene airports still have not received the needed permission from the Federal authorities regarding the opening of Slovene air space. At 1 p.m., the federal authorities opened the Ljubljana airport, Brnik but only for this flight to Ohrid.
