REVIEW OF THE SLOVENIAN PRESS
Ljubljana, 28 July - DELO: WITHDRAWAL OF CROATIA FROM CROATIA, 29 July 1991 - If the assurance of the conditions for the resolution of the Yugoslav crisis continues in the same tempo and manner, the future of Yugoslavia will be determined before the negotiations even begin. The procedure of assuring the necessary conditions for the commencement of negotiations (the withdrawal of the Army from Slovenia and the withdrawal of Croatia from Croatia) also clearly points to the issues the republics of Yugoslavia will have to negotiate upon and the issues which are, in their opinion, the only negotiable ones: the breaking up of the country and the implementation of the sovereignty on multi-national territories. Yugoslavia will have to exist another three months if only to enable its final dismemberment during the wars, forebodes Miran Lesjak in the main commentary of this Ljubljana daily.
