Minister Peterle Talks to Russian Journalists about Italy and former Yugoslavia
Ljubljana, 21 June - Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Lojze Peterle received a group of Russian journalists on Tuesday, who are paying a several days visit to Slovenia this week. The minister presented political and economic situation in Slovenia and announced a pending discussion on foreign political strategy of Slovenia, which includes priorities such as good relations with neighbouring countries, joining European integrations, good relations with world superpowers, with a strong economic emphasis, the minister said. Russian journalists were mainly interested in cooperation between Slovenia and nations of former Yugoslavia, and relations between Slovenia and Italy.
