Report from the Federal Secretariat of National Defense

Ljubljana, 1 September - The Information Service of the Federal Secretariat of National Defense reported that the arms and military equipment found in a Ugandan airplane by the military were delivered in agreement with Croatian authorities. They further report that Milan Kikoš - who, with the help of a group of Austrian and German citizens legally acquired these arms and military equipment for the needs of the Croatian democratic community and armed formations in Croatia - told authorized personnel in the Yugoslav Army that the entire action was executed in agreement with the Croatian leadership.
