Telephone and telegraph links in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 18 September - Due to the breakdown of telephone and telegraph system in Croatia, all communications are broken to the following areas: Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Osijek, Titograd, Kragujevac and Skopje. Due to the overloading of the central switchboard in Ljubljana, communications over the whole of Yugoslavia and Slovenia are partially interrupted.
