Dr. Rupel tomorrow at The Hague

Ljubljana, 18 September - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Dimitrij Rupel, shall be present at The Hague tomorrow, at the second plenary session of the Conference on Yugoslavia, lead by Lord Carrington. At the same time, the meetings between the foreign ministers of the Twelve and the foreign ministers from the Western European Union will also be going on at The Hague.
